Abstract:
With the development of nuclear power technology, on the basis of ensuring safety, the design of various reactor types is paying attention to the overall economy of nuclear power plants. Various types of equipment in nuclear power plants are the basis for realizing various functions of nuclear power plants. The layout of nuclear power plant equipment directly determines the overall plan of the nuclear power plant and is the key to ensuring safety and improving economy.
In order to quickly carry out equipment layout design and realize the optimization and comparison of multiple solutions. This paper is based on genetic algorithm, according to the process and content of pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant equipment layout design, combined with the solution of two-dimensional bin-packing problem , introducing the concept of automatic equipment layout, and proposes a method for automatic layout design of nuclear power plant equipment.
This method considers the basic attributes and requirements of the nuclear power plant equipment such as its shape, weight, process system, and equipment maintenance space requirements, and establishes a numerical model of the equipment. And the layout sequence of the equipment is characterized by genetic coding of genetic algorithm. Through the crossover and mutation process of the genetic algorithm, different equipment layout sequences are generated, and the preliminary layout plan of the equipment is completed by solving the two-dimensional binning problem. Use the multi-source shortest path to plan a feasible transportation path plan for the equipment, and design the transportation path based on the preliminary layout plan of the equipment to complete the equipment layout plan. Through the evaluation of several factors such as the connection relationship between the equipment, the efficiency of the transportation path and the overall space volume of the equipment layout plan, the equipment layout plan can be deleted and selected. Based on this method, automatic layout programming simulation was carried out for the layout design of multiple types of process equipment in the auxiliary building of a nuclear power plant. Under the set equipment layout constraints and genetic algorithm parameters, the automatic layout scheme design of nuclear power plant equipment is carried out, and multiple equipment layout schemes such as single-layer and multi-layer are provided. The relative position of the equipment and the direction and location of the main channels reflected in the plan can provide a design basis for subsequent plan design. The feasibility of applying this method in automatic layout of nuclear power plant equipment is verified.
